I would highly recommend Unity Gym to anyone starting off their fitness journey. As a rugby player I had been around gyms and strength and conditioning before, however, I lacked consistency and form.
Keith, Leon and Wayne were all really helpful in ensuring that the sessions were varied, challenging, competitive and fun. The attention to detail regarding form and building strength week on week has massively benefitted my off-season training and I thoroughly enjoyed every session had with the Unity guys. New exercises were explained in detail, and guidance was constantly given throughout the training sessions and program.
